INTRODUCTION

If you have reached the age and stage where you have "always wanted" to learn to play music or do tap dancing - or even participate in a concert performing skits and songs - then look no further!

Of course if you are wanting to learn some skills, but fear the spotlight - don't panic!  You don't necessarily have to perform publicly - that is entirely up to you!

What I can do is teach you skills in music and/or dance that will help you to fulfill your dreams and achieve your goals.  You can go at your own pace and from past experiences, I don't think I've come across one adult yet who hasn't enjoyed coming to lessons!

AGE

There are no age restrictions, though there may be reason to divide groups pending the level of difficulty taught (tap dancing).  Usually music taught to adults is on an individual basis.

TAP - Group lessons

Enjoy the rhythmical challenges and satisfaction tap dancing your way to fame!  For personal joy or group public performances, you will learn the basic skills of tap dancing from which to build on.  Experienced tappers also welcome!

MUSIC - Individual lessons

Enjoy learning piano, electronic keyboard, rhythm guitar, drums or piano accordion lessons - and progress at your own pace!  Individual lessons applicable.  Mini courses to learn in a group to play piano will also be considered.

ENTERTAINMENT (not currently running)

Get a group together to learn and perform entertaining songs from the 30's and 40's, the odd skit can be thrown in for a bit of balance and a few comedy items too!

VENUES/TIMETABLE

Lessons are held at Armadale Masonic Lodge Hall, Armadale

Dance lessons are held on Wednesday evenings from 6pm. Please note that every 1st Wednesday of the month all tap classes will be amalgamated to commence at 6pm.

Private music lessons available. Pensioners receive discounted rates for individual lessons.  

Two dance classes are currently running.

Classes are 45 mins to 60 mins in length.
