Enrolment details Term 1
DANCE FEES
Dance Fees range from just over $6 per lesson to $12 per lesson for
groups and individual lessons start from $18 per lesson. Lesson times will
be in accordance with number or enrolments in a class. Class numbers will
not exceed 16.
TERM FEES
Term fees will be based on the number of teaching weeks in the
school term and will take into account whether lesson days fall on public
holidays or weekends of school holidays. Term fees apply to individual
tuition only.

COURSE FEES
All dance classes will be charged as a course fee, regardless
of the number of times absent within each term. Exceptions
to this may be considered pending the circumstances (eg: family moving
away from Perth or threatening illness which results in the withdrawal from
class).
All fees for individual lessons will be based on attendance. Refer to
"Absences" with regard to this category.

REGISTRATION DAY - For Term 1 dance
pupils - 30th January (9am to 10.30am) at Armadale Masonic Lodge Hall (cnr Fourth & Church Ave)
The purpose of a registration day is to allow time to discuss
any queries, enrol and discuss arrangements to make payment for lessons. This is
to effectively reduce payments for lessons being made during lesson times so it
doesn't "eat" into the tutoring time allocated.
A registration day allows for:
- individuals to meet with the tutor before commencing
lessons
- filling in a registration/enrolment form
- clarification of any particular details that the parent(s)/guardian
may require
- distribution of class/lesson times
- calculation of term fees and applicable discounts
- receipt of fees and information leaflet
- distribution of materials and/or tutor manuals to new
pupils (if applicable)

FEES PAYABLE
- Fees payable will be for the duration of the term as
specified in the time table leaflet issued.
- It is encouraged that individuals enrolling attend for the whole of
the term
- Fees paid by the recipient shows a commitment to attend the
designated lessons for the duration of the term.
- Fees paid in advance secures a booking for that individual
to attend their nominated class for which their place will be held
- Fees will be payable in advance prior to (on registration
day), or on the first
lesson of attendance.

DISCOUNTED FEES
- A SPECIAL DISCOUNT is offered to the Preschool Mime and
Movement Group only, where a 2nd family preschool member who enrols in the
same Mime and Movement class will pay just $100 for two family members as opposed to $60 (9 week term charge). This special discount offer is not attached
to any other activity or class.
- DISCOUNTS do not apply to materials and/or tutor books

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT TO PAY FEES IN
INSTALMENTS
- Special arrangements to make instalments for tuition fees
may be granted.
- Please discuss your situation with the tutor.

ABSENCES
- For all individual lessons at least 48 hours notice MUST be given to the tutor if a
pupil is unable to attend their lesson, otherwise lessons will be charged.
- Early notified absences may allow for an alternative
arrangement to be made at the discretion of the tutor.
- Absences for all dance groups are not recorded
as the course fee covers a specific number of weeks regardless of any
absence. In these instances an option to attend at an
alternative time may be offered if there are similar classes being taken.
- In the event of the tutor being unwell to take lessons,
contact will be made prior to lesson time. Lessons will either be
credited or an alternative time will be made available to catch up.
